Plaintiff, a manager at a pest control company that serviced the Defendant resort’s property, tripped and fell on the premises and sustained severe injuries that required surgery and rendered him unable to return to his employment.  The Plaintiff asserted that a condition upon the premises constituted a code violation and caused the subject accident.  In addition to his claims for medical expenses, past wage losses and pain and suffering, the Plaintiff presented a significant claim for loss of future earning capacity.  Steve and Elana tried the case and obtained a defense verdict.
