Isaac Mitrani recently spoke and served as a panel member before the South Palm Beach Bar Association, on the topic of Attorney Malpractice.

Mr. Mitrani focused on common mistakes made by attorneys that lead to attorney malpractice claims. He spoke particularly about conflict of interest issues regarding both present and former clients, client intake, and the ‘hot potato’ doctrine, limiting the ability of an attorney to drop one client so as to represent another client.

Mr. Mitrani has lectured regularly on the topic of Avoiding Legal Malpractice. He heads the firm's Professional Malpractice Group, which represents professionals in a wide variety of professional malpractice claims.
