Isaac Mitrani served as the moderator of the Civility Seminar at the American Inns of Court 2019 Bench and Bar Conference.  Mitrani led a group discussion on current topics of attorney civility, including what constitutes proper and improper conduct; the various rules, statutes and rules of professional conduct relevant to the requirement of attorney civility;  the role of the bench and bar in regulating and enforcing civility; and current trends in implementing attorney compliance with ethical and civility rules of conduct.
